ابراهیم صفریزاده پژوهشگر و نویسنده متولد بندرعباس است که بیش از دو دهه در حوزههای صنعت، آموزش و گردشگری فعالیت داشته است. تمرکز اصلی فعالیتهای او بر آموزش انسانی، گردشگری مسئولانه و بازگرداندن روایتهای محلی به متن تاریخ است.
Ebrahim Safarizadeh is a researcher and author born in Bandar Abbas, with more than two decades of experience across industry, education, and tourism. His work focuses on human-centered education, responsible tourism, and restoring local narratives to the historical record.

او فارغالتحصیل کارشناسی مهندسی مکانیک و کارشناسی ارشد مهندسی مواد است و در کنار تحصیلات دانشگاهی، دورهها و آموزشهای تخصصی متعددی را در سطح ملی و بینالمللی گذرانده است؛ از جمله دوره Mastery Course از آکادمی IQS انگلستان، آموزش تیپشناسی شخصیتی MBTI مطابق با استانداردهای CPP، و دورههای مدیریت داراییهای فیزیکی از دانشگاه تورنتو کانادا و مدرسه نسل چهار مشترک اتاق بازرگانی تهران و دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر. او همچنین دارای دیپلمای تئوری انتخاب، واقعیتدرمانی و مدیریت راهبرانه در سازمان و تیم است و اعتبارنامه مدیریت مدرن در تراز جهانی را داراست.
Safarizadeh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering. Alongside formal university education, he has completed numerous national and international professional programs, including the Mastery Course from IQS Academy (UK), MBTI personality type training aligned with CPP standards, and Physical Asset Management programs offered by the University of Toronto and the Fourth-Generation School jointly organized by Tehran Chamber of Commerce and Amirkabir University of Technology. He also holds diplomas in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, and Guiding Management in organizations and teams, and possesses an international credential in modern management practices.

صفریزاده بیش از بیست سال در صنعت آلومینیوم و پروژههای مهندسی صنایع در حوزههایی مانند مدیریت داراییهای فیزیکی، نگهداشت و تعمیرات، تعالی سازمانی و سیستمهای مدیریتی فعالیت داشته است. مشارکت در پروژههای ERP، CMMS، RCM، RCA، TPM و TQM و ایفای نقش بهعنوان سرممیز سیستمهای مدیریت، بخش مهمی از کارنامه حرفهای او را تشکیل میدهد. او در کنار این فعالیتها، در حوزههای گردشگری، توسعه مهارتهای فردی و آموزشهای انسانی بهعنوان مدرس و مربی فعالیت داشته و همچنین بهعنوان مشاور مدیریت داراییهای فیزیکی و ارزیاب جایزه ملی PAMAWARD شناخته میشود. رویکرد او تلفیقی از تحلیل سیستمی، توجه به سرمایه انسانی و تصمیمگیری مبتنی بر واقعیتهای میدانی است.
With more than twenty years of experience in the aluminum industry and industrial engineering projects, Safarizadeh has worked extensively in physical asset management, maintenance and reliability, organizational excellence, and management systems. His professional portfolio includes participation in ERP, CMMS, RCM, RCA, TPM, and TQM projects, as well as serving as a lead auditor for management systems. In parallel, he has been active as a trainer, coach, and consultant in tourism, personal development, and human-centered education, and is recognized as a Physical Asset Management consultant and national PAMAWARD evaluator. His approach integrates systems thinking, human capital awareness, and evidence-based decision-making grounded in field realities.

در کنار فعالیتهای صنعتی، صفریزاده سالها در دانشگاهها، مراکز آموزشی و سازمانهای تخصصی به تدریس و مشاوره پرداخته است. حوزه تمرکز او آموزش مهارتهای فردی و سازمانی، رهبری انسانی، سرمایه روانی تیمها، مدیریت راهبرانه و بازطراحی نگرشهاست. نگاه آموزشی او بر سادهسازی مفاهیم پیچیده، کاربردیسازی دانش و توجه همزمان به انسان و سیستم استوار است.
Alongside industrial activities, Safarizadeh has taught and consulted at universities, educational institutions, and specialized organizations for many years. His areas of focus include individual and organizational skills development, human-centered leadership, team psychological capital, guiding management, and cognitive reframing. His educational philosophy emphasizes simplifying complex concepts, transforming knowledge into practical tools, and maintaining a balanced focus on both people and systems.

Writing and Research
او نویسنده سه کتاب با عناوین «برگ برنده»، «سفر زندگی در هزاره سوم» و «خواجهعطا» است. نوشتن برای صفریزاده ابزاری برای ثبت تجربهها، تحلیل مسیر رشد انسان و بازخوانی تاریخ و فرهنگ محلی، بهویژه در جغرافیای جنوب ایران است. ورود او به پژوهش و نوشتن، برخلاف مسیرهای صرفاً آکادمیک، از دل تجربههای میدانی، سفر، مطالعه تاریخ هرمزگان و زیست نزدیک با مردم جنوب شکل گرفته است.
Safarizadeh is the author of three books: Winning Edge, Life’s Journey in the Third Millennium, and Khajeh Ata. For him, writing serves as a means of documenting lived experience, analyzing human growth trajectories, and revisiting local history and culture, particularly within southern Iran. Unlike purely academic paths, his entry into research and authorship emerged from field experience, travel, historical study of Hormozgan, and close engagement with local communities.

گردشگری برای صفریزاده یک فعالیت جانبی نیست، بلکه بخشی از هویت فکری اوست. با بیش از دو دهه تجربه بهعنوان راهنمای کوهنوردی، طبیعتگردی و گردشگری فرهنگی، او از طراحان و مجریان تورهای نوآورانه در سواحل، جزایر و مناطق کمترشناختهشده هرمزگان بوده و بنیانگذار گشتهای شهری روایتمحور «پرسه در رگهای بندرعباس» و «گشت ساحلی از سورو تا ایگان» است. مدیریت اجرایی کاروان گردشگری «راه تاریخی ادویه» در قلب دریای پارس و اجرای برنامه «ساحلگردی» به سفارش صدا و سیمای مرکز خلیج فارس، از جمله پروژههای شاخص او در این حوزه است. تمرکز اصلی فعالیتهای او بر گردشگری مسئولانه، روایتگری محلی و توانمندسازی جوامع بومی قرار دارد.
Tourism is not a side activity for Safarizadeh, but an integral part of his intellectual identity. With more than two decades of experience as a mountaineering, nature, and cultural tourism guide, he has designed and led innovative tours across the coastlines, islands, and lesser-known regions of Hormozgan. He is the founder of narrative-based urban tours such as Wandering Through the Veins of Bandar Abbas and Coastal Walk from Soru to Eigan. He has also served as executive manager of the “Historic Spice Route” tourism caravan in the heart of the Persian Gulf and led the “Coastal Exploration” program commissioned by the Persian Gulf Broadcasting Center. His work consistently emphasizes responsible tourism, local storytelling, and empowerment of indigenous communities.

او برگزیده برتر ملی جشنواره برترینهای صنعت گردشگری کشور (برج میلاد، ۱۳۹۴)، راهنمای برتر دهمین گردهمایی راهنمایان گردشگری سراسر کشور (زیباکنار گیلان، ۱۳۹۵) و نویسنده برتر و فعال طبیعتگردی استان هرمزگان (۱۳۹۶) بوده است. همچنین سابقه حضور بهعنوان کارشناس مدعو در برنامههای زنده رسانه ملی صدا و سیمای ایران و سخنرانی در دانشگاهها و رویدادهای تخصصی را در کارنامه دارد.
Safarizadeh has received several national recognitions, including being named Top National Awardee at Iran’s National Tourism Industry Festival (Milad Tower, 2015), Best Guide at the 10th National Gathering of Iranian Tourism Guides (Gilan, 2016), and Outstanding Writer and Nature Tourism Activist of Hormozgan Province (2017). He has also appeared as a guest expert on live national television programs and has delivered lectures at universities and professional events.
